PS foam food container production line included three systems: PS foam sheet extrusion line, PS foam food container forming and cutting integrated machine, PS foam material recycle machine.
1. PS Foam Sheet Extrusion Line adopts Gentian type double-stage series high foam technology. The raw material is polystyrene granules. In the extruding process, the vesicant -- butane gas is injected at high pressure. After extruding, foaming, cooling, shaping and hauling off, it is winding to finished PS foam sheet rolls. It is widely used in the packing
for food, fruit, and advertising industrial products and so on. This equipment adopts high-speed hydraulic filter changer which has a steady feature, can realize change the filter immediately without stopping the machine.
2. PS foam food container forming and cutting integrated machine was developed by combining the domestic and foreign equipment and advantages. The main electrical components, such as vacuum pump, PLC, made in Japan and Germany, ensure the reliability of the equipment operation. After heating-vacuum forming-cutting-collecting process,
the finished PS foaming sheet can be made into the variety of packaging vessels such as fast food box, aquatic plate, supermarket tray, cake tray, KT board, instant noodle bowl, foam tray etc.
The biggest advantage is forming cutting and product collection integration, reduce work link, produce the product
can be stacked directly collect, this will greatly save time to reduce the intensity of work and greatly saves labor.
3. PS foam material recycle machine is special for polystyrene, who can make the excess PS foam sheet into
granules, so that can be used again. It adopts single screw, double stage plastification, increasing compress ratio.
The whole machine consists of the crusher, main machine, cooling tank, and granulator.
1- PS Foam Sheet Extrusion Machine
This production line is adopting double-screw extrusion technology, its production principle is as follows:
Heating → Foaming → Extruding → Cutting → Cooling → Unfolding → Winding
The PS foam sheet that produced through this production line is a kind of new packaging materials, this material not only has good insulation and cushioning
properties, and also has good plasticity.

2- Full Automatic Thermal Forming Machine
This machine is adopting thermal forming production principle, using PS foam sheet that produced by extrusion machine as raw material, The biggest advantages of
this machine are that it can combine all the production process in one machine, which will reduce the energy consumption, labor cost, and workshop space

Its production process is as follows:
Heating → Forming → Cutting → Collection
There are two kinds of machine models, the division criteria are collecting method: Staking collecting and Mechanical arm collecting.
This machine is mainly producing various types of food container, such as the fast-food box, egg box, food tray, bowl etc. And it can be also used to produce an advertisement board, and the packaging of industrial products etc.

3- PS foam material recycling machine
This PS foam material recycling machine is used to reclaim the foamed polystyrene materials, it can make the leftover foamed polystyrene material into granules,
these granules can be used together with new polystyrene granules.
The double screw design has superior filtering performance, which can make the recycle granules almost identically to new ones.
